Due to the nature of our products, SKG. Eden reserve the right to alter your order. We also may deliver an equal or greater value without any further notice. All orders are subject to change due to seasonal availability and SKG. Eden will contact you via your details provided in situations where changes or cancellations may arise.

We aim to provide products which are as accurate as our images on our website and social media. However due the flowers being seasonal and natural, they may differ in colour and size and will vary from time to time.

Please keep the product away from children and animals, as if the flowers / plants are consumed it may be harmful or cause irritation to the skin due to the natural state of the product and the product used to preserve the flowers. Please contact us via details provided if you require further information before placing an order.


All prices include a complimentary 4-day delivery excluding SKG Forever roses courier delivered outside of West Yorkshire. Short notice delivery may be available upon request and subject to confirmation from SKG. Eden.

Note: We  do not deliver fresh flowers outside of West Yorkshire, however SKG Forever roses are available Nationwide at an additional delivery charge of £6.99. Please contact us directly to order if you wish to have the product delivered outside of West Yorkshire. SKG Forever roses delivered outside of West Yorkshire will be sent an invoice for £6.99 separately once order is confirmed. Please contact us for further information or confirmation before submitting your order.


SKG. Eden also reserve the right to alter the prices shown on the website at any time. All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase and sale of products from our website shall be in English and construed and governed according to English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in all such matters. Promotional codes are not available on discounted items.


At SKG. Eden we always happy to assist if you require any further information or if you have any questions regarding our products. If any issues arise with navigating on our website or placing orders, please contact us directly through our ‘contact us’ details. We will always aim to contact you at first instance, and have an SLA period of 48 hours.

Order & Payments

Any orders placed on our website or through social media will only be confirmed and processed once we receive the complete payment. We will confirm your order via email to your contact email address provided. We reserve the right to cancel orders should any stock availability or delivery problems arise. We accept payment methods which are outlined on our website. If the payment declines, we will contact you to provide alternative form of payment. Once payment is confirmed your order will also be confirmed.

We currently are unable to deliver fresh flowers outside of West Yorkshire, any orders placed outside of West Yorkshire which have not previously been confirmed with SKG. EDEN will be cancelled immediately and we will inform you via your contact details provided.
